We're a small team and read every message. We usually reply within 2 working days.
Please start your subject line with "MAPROUTE" and say what it's about: help, refund, privacy, or agencies and partnerships.
For help with an export, it speeds things up if you tell us your browser, device, the format and ratio you chose, and roughly how many stops and photos the route has.
For anything about a purchase, write from the email you signed in with.
